We did get through month one I'm on the second week of month two n now I can say I'm confident ill make it through month 2 I'm also gonna be starting the asylum after insanity wanna get some more muscle tone:) can't wait!! Maybe u can join in

I really don't log my excercize in MFP just for the fact that I I don't eat bak my calories I burned I don't want to put down more calories n then be saying okay well I still have this many so I can eat something extra I just eat my calories I already have on the beginning calculated

This scares me!!!!! I weighed n took my measurements down the first day I did insanity n I don't plan to weigh or measure myself again till the last day of my recovery week I really hope everything goes down ill keep y'all posted I just decided not to weigh myself so I wouldn't get discouraged
