After inputting ur cardio should u still eat

I always try and work out and burn about 250 calories like today I had 272 left and then I worked out and put in the 250 should I still use those calories and eat? Or is that like I didn't even work out?

So you have a bit more than 500 calories left for the day? "Eating" them is up to you. However, most people would go by the NET calories. I can't see your diary so I don't know what they are. Your net should not go below 1200 or so on a daily basis, so they say.0

Listen to your body. If you get hungry, eat. If not, it's fine, as long as you stick close to your goal either a little under or a little over.0
