Take a rest day if you feel like you need it. I took them and then didn't count that day as part of the 30, so I still did each level for 10 days. If you look at the tips on the DVD menu, it says to take a rest day.

I'm doing the TurboFire/ChaLEAN hybrid right now. I've lost about three pounds so far, but I'm losing inches like crazy and gaining muscle. I'm eating anywhere between 1400-1700 calories most days, depending on how hungry I am and how many exercise calories I earn.

I have a really hard time holding onto the 25 lb weight in my left hand only. I use those ones when I do lunges or squats, and after about 5 reps, I can feel it slipping.

You should probably up your calories. Have they been set at that number for awhile? That could be (at least part of) the reason you're stuck.

I decided to take a break yesterday, so I didn't do Fire 45 EZ. I had the energy today, though, so I did yesterday's workout on top of today's. That's Fire 45 EZ, Abs 10, and Push 1. Kicked my butt, but it was defintely worth it. I burned 1100 calories and feel awesome! :smile: Just thought I'd share.
