Lower Carb Vegetarians
Are there any out there? I don't mean low carb, just lowER..I eat waaaay too many carbs (like usually over 200), but I don't really know what to make instead because I'm a vegetarian, so I can't just load up on the steaks and bun-less burgers. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!

Opinion, please
I wasn't able to workout for a few days because of back spasms. I was looking at my schedule (the TF/CLX schedule), and if I do two days' worth of work everyday for the next three days, I can get caught up. I'm pretty confident that I can do it..what do you guys think? Should I go for it or not?

It's Not Just Me, Is It Ladies?
