I've been doing Turbo Jam for a while, and I'm ready to step it up (well, when I have money..haha). I was just wondering if anyone could tell me the differences between Turbo Fire and ChaLEAN Extreme, your experience with one or both, etc. Thanks in advance!!

TurboFire is a step up from TurboJam. It focuses on cardio conditioning. It's TurboJam plus High Intensity Interval training. Chalean Extreme is more for strength training, it concentrates on using weights.0

Hello I am doing turbofire right now but I mix it up with Insanity! I have heard Turbofire is turbojam on steriods!! I personally really enjoy Turbofire and many people I have read enjoy it also! I don't know about Chealene Extreme, though!0

My friend, ladybug, explained it perfectly. TurboFire is hard core cardio (and so much fun!! Lot of dancing and kickboxing). While ChaLEAN Extreme is strength training. Both are incredible programs. I did a lot of leaning down with CLX by building muscle! Now I'm doing a hybrid with the two programs. I'd recommend either or both!0

Thanks so much, everyone! So, either way I go..definitely worth the cash?0

Yeah I'd say both programs are well worth the money. You can probably find used sets, so maybe that will save you enough money to buy both programs and mix them, as Turbo Fire does include a hybrid schedule with CLX. It just depends whether you'd like to sweat by cardio, or sweat by weight lifting, or if you want to mix them. I got CLX from ebay for about 30 bucks, so you can find cheaper options than ordering strait from the company.
Either way you go, you'll love it!0 -
I definitely like a mix of both..it's more effective. I've been price stalking on Amazon for Turbo Fire. It's definitely cheaper. I'll look into CLX, too.0
