At my heaviest, the only workout DVD I had was Celebrity Fit Club Bootcamp, so when I decided to start trying to lose weight, that's the workout I did. The short version is 30 minutes, and it has modifications if you need them. I could barely do 15 (with mods, obviously). After some time, I could do the entire half hour, but always with mods and always with LOTS of breaks. Today, I did the long version (50 minutes) with NO MODS!!! I'm kind of amazed. I mean, I know I've come a long way so far, but I really impressed myself.
