Bob or Jillian's weight loss starters? I've lost 58 pounds without any fads or pills or anything, and I'm not planning to start now. I'm mostly just curious as to if they worked for you. Jillian has protein powder that I thought about trying, though.

    Thanks! Yeah, I see their products at Walmart all the time, so I was just curious about them. They seem more credible to me than other diet pill products.

    Don't do diet pills. Even if they have Bob & Jill's names on them. I think they both have great things to say about diet and fitness and I personally get emails from Jillian everyday (her newsletter, I guess) and follow both on Twitter, but I wouldn't take their diet supplements because honestly, very few people actually need those. If you're having success the old fashioned way, keep with it! Try increasing your protein (25-30% is ideal for losing weight) and lowering your carb intake.

    My protein is already set at 25%..again, I have no intention of taking any sort of diet pill, I was just curious whether or not they worked for anyone. I'm losing weight steadily the old fashioned way.
