What are your goals?

I love today because I'm a big fan of the first day of the month falling on a Monday. It's a fresh start because it's the beginning of the week and the beginning of the month, which means it's the perfect time to re-evaluate your goals (especially if you've been slacking or not seeing results). My goal this month is to lose 5 pounds and to do at least 20 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of strength 5 days of the week. What are your goals for August? Let's support each other!

    I am shooting for 10lbs for the month and walking/biking a total of 85 miles this month. I am also cutting out diet coke. I don't need it and I have been doing great with my water.

    My goals are to lose 6 lbs this month & to workout every day for at least 20 minutes. Doesn't sound like much, but I *just* started back and definitely need to let myself build up to longer workout times.

    Mine is to lose 5 pounds this month and do 30 - 45 minutes of cardio 3x week. I'm heading to the beach for Labor Day weekend and want to be a size smaller when I go. I've lost right at 10lbs so far and if I lose 5 more, I'll drop a size!

    Yeah my goal is 5 pounds this month too! :happy:

    My goal is to workout 6 days a week!! And hopefully lose at least a few inches from my waist and hips!

    I'm excited to see our progress at the end of the month and to see if we've reached/surpassed our goals. My ultimate goal is to lose 18 more pounds by Sept. 13 (my bday), but I've only been losing about 1 a week, so that probably won't happen. I'll be happy if I lose even half of that. We can do this!
  • My goal is to try and lose 5lbs this month and exercise at least 4 times a week, hopefuly i can do this:)

    You can do it! 60 miles breaks down to about 2 a day..not too much at all. You got this!
