It depends if you like cardio more or strength more. I have both programs and am doing the hybrid schedule, which I think is the perfect compromise.

I think it really depends on how much you have to lose. Your ticker says 34 pounds, so I seriously doubt the practicality of trying to lose 25 by Christmas. The less you have to lose, the longer it takes. Sorry to be a downer, but I don't want you to have unrealistic expectations.

I had my alarm set for 6:30 so I could go run, but I woke up at 5. After no success in falling back to sleep, I got up, did CLX Push 3 and then ran. It's now 7:30 and I've burned over 1000 calories. I've got to admit, there's something to be said for waking up early.

I've lost 67 pounds and have never once set foot in a gym. I'm all about the workout DVDs, c25k, my bike, and long walks.

Deadlifts for hamstrings and sumo squats for inner thighs.

Push circuit is supposed to use heavier weights than Burn. I'm using 10-15 for upper (depending on what muscle we're working) and 25 for lower.

I'm doing the hybrid program, so the motivation comes partly from it switching up so often (I don't get bored) and the fact that I'm seeing results. As for a snack, I almost always have a protein shake right after.

Because this site is set up with a deficiency in place already, anything you burn is a bonus and meant to be eaten. However, there's no law about it. I dip into them if I'm hungry. If I'm not, I don't.

I just made mine with a box of cake mix, a can of diet soda and a couple egg whites. Frosting was ff Cool Whip. You can do it with any flavor combo of cake and soda you want.

Rest day and I've got a headache. Nice. I'm into week 5, though, which is where CLX switches from Burn to Push..I'm digging the heavier weights so far. The only sad thing about month 2 is that Fire 45 is only on the schedule twice.

I like the Biggest Loser DVDs where Bob is the trainer. Also, Bob's Inside Out Method, Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire, ChaLEAN Extreme, and Insanity are good.

I finished week 4 of the hybrid schedule yesterday, so this morning I wanted to check in (weight/measurements) to see my progress. I lost 5.5 inches, but gained a pound. I'm led to believe this pound is muscle because A) my scale tells me how many lbs of fat I have and that number stayed the same, and B) you normally don't…

I'd just log it under yoga unless you're wearing a HRM to get an accurate number.

I name mine usually based on color. The first one was Big Red (because it was a tiny '87 Nissan Pulsar). Then I had a powder blue Chevy Aveo named Homer (because Homer Simpson had a powder blue crayon stuck in his brain), and now I have an olive green Cube named Frank because it looks like an Army tank..Frank the Tank.

I've got my favorite workout on deck today..Fire 45! Yay! Lol..my legs are a tad sore from running last night, but I don't care. Also, today is my last day of week 4 of the hybrid! Double yay!

You need to have at least one rest day. Also, try upping your calories. Your body is probably tired from the lack of rest and maybe even tired of doing the same things all the time. Do you do this at a gym? Maybe try a class. If not, get on Amazon (or even go to your library) and try out a new DVD. Just switch it up.
