I'm halfway through my first round and I had BETTER RESULTS after only 30 days on P90X than I had in SIX MONTHS of hitting the gym. The program is INTENSE and you need to be 100% committed. I like wraps - whole wheat with lettuce, cucumber, turkey or grilled chicken and some swiss cheese with some type of balsamic vinegarette.

How about a low carb wrap with turkey or grilled chicken with some fresh fruit on the side? Almost any deli will have that type of an option and its a nice break from salads!

My favorite is the guy who does free weights on a bench without a towel then gets up and walks away leaving a body imprint on the bench. GROSS.

I would eat before I go - then say you're not hungry. I think if you drink one beer you'll be okay, just nurse it!!!
