Great job! I am a week behind you and will be starting phase 2 next Saturday. (I am a little frightened of cardio 2 lol) I like previewing through you! Can't wait to hear how you manage Jillian and travel. I haven't missed a day either and have lowered my expectations to a pound a week as well. Not really disappointed…

You are doing great! That's about what I have been doing as well! Hi all! This is great to have some place to check in! Tomorrow I start week two Phase 1 and so far I am loving it! Ok maybe not so much at 4:30 am when I have to do running man but so far so good!! Today is my day off - felt really weird not exercising this morning. Have a great weekend everyone!

I will give up a lot but NEVER my coffee. I have tried and it's just not worth it. I drink 3 cups per day and love and enjoy every cup :) I have adjusted how I drink it though - 1 tsp sucanat and 2 Tbl low fat 1/2 and 1/2.
