I just started 30DS this past monday, so obviously I am on Level 1,Day3. I took my measurements and weighed myself Monday so I am good to go to do this with you guys! First 2 days were doable, today was a struggle to get through the workout since my muscles were already sore.

I am relatively new to MFP. Joined awhile ago but I have been traacking religiously for only about a week or so now. I am going to start JM 30 Day Shred on Monday. So my question is what do you measure before/during/after to gauge your results?
