30 Day Shred - August 1, anyone?

Today will be day 3 of level 1 for me. A little sore, however also a rewarding feeling. I will post my updates at the end of every level as well as my measurements.
My only advice is don't give up...just keep pushing!0 -
I will start tonight on the 30 day shred. Im at work so measurements will have to weight (ha!!). Ultimately I'd like to buy clothes off the rack and not in the +sizes. :bigsmile:

I'm in. I started a few weeks ago and then dropped off. Not because it was hard, but because life just got in the way. But I was planning on starting again tonight after I take the dog for a walk/run. So this is perfect timing.
Starting weight 183. I'll see if I can do measurements this evening.0 -

I also go to the gym on a regular basis but would love to try this. It took me a while to figure out what the 30DS was. Thanks for the link.

I just started 30DS this past monday, so obviously I am on Level 1,Day3. I took my measurements and weighed myself Monday so I am good to go to do this with you guys!
First 2 days were doable, today was a struggle to get through the workout since my muscles were already sore.0 -
I'm in! I haven't done my measurements yet, but I plan on starting the Shred tonight. I've had great results with the DVD in the past and am always amazed and how fast the inches seem to come off. I have a wedding to attend in early September and would love to tone up (and hopefully drop some pounds) before I leave.0

I'm in! I did the 30 day Shred last fall and it was AMAZING! So hard, but so good all at the same time. :-)
I am going to try to do it straight through this time, for the entire month of August. I am looking forward to the support from all of you!

Hi! I started 30 day shred on Monday and was so sore I had to take today off, but I love it! I plan to do Shred in the morning and C25K in the evening. Would love to give/get support!

Perfect timing! I started D1 yesterday! I'm 33 and was 157.3lbs yesterday.
Looking to tone up and get rid of my jiggles after losing 74 lbs over the past 9 months! :-)

Is the 30 day shred the jillian michaels? I just started working out this week, i have to get moivated, how do i add ppl so we can keep track?

I started today. I wasn't planning on doing it every day (probably just 3 times a week), because I also want to continue Powerplate and my other weight training, but I'd like to join the group and compare notes. I don't have my measurements yet but will do that at the weekend so that I can check on progress.

I am joining the game late. I have plans to start both tomorrow. I am 38 yrs old, 5 ft 7 inches and just had my 3rd child 13 weeks ago. I need to start getting into a routine. The furthest I have ever made it with C25k was wk 3 and 30 ds was level one, day 3.

this is so great to see so many people on here. i apologize for my absense, since writing that post what i thought was a cold has turned into pneumonia, so i'm going to have to wait until i can actually breath properly to exercise again. However, i want to keep up with everyone's progress and see how we all do, i will be doing this just as soon as i get the all clear.

I never did find my measuring tape, but I am still on the hunt for it lol I didn't have time for a run today, so i just did insanity fit test today, I was tired of Jillian (sometimes I need a break from that girl!)
