Done with round 1 getting ready to do round 2! I had super results!

I personally love the chocolate flavored Shakeology blended with my morning coffee! For me I was spending $6 on Starbucks every morning and it wasn't good for me. I have tried other things and Shakeology works for me. Just my opinion though :smile:

Today was round 2 day 7 for me! I had great results the first round and figured a second round would get me where I need to be. I only lost about 10 pounds the first round but it looks more like 20 because of all the toning I did. I love Insanity and the results I've got so far! Good luck :happy:

The issue with a c-section is even with exercise some women never have a toned belly because their doctor had to go through their abdominal muscles. I've had 2 c sections and I have my pics in my profile since I've been doing Insanity. It can be done you just have to work really hard. I don't have post c section pics though. That was just to awful to remember :sad: Good luck!

I'm almost done with the program and have had great results without following the diet. Would have my results been better had I followed the recommended diet,probably. Here is my day 1. Day 40 :-) I'm really excited to finish the program in 5 days and take my Day 63 pic! :smile:

I'm 53 days into the program and I haven't lost a major amount of weight. I did however lose inches. I have my progress pics in my profile. Day 1 and day 40. Day 63 is only 10 days away! Best I've looked in a long time! Good luck!

I've been doing insanity and it's the quickest my body has ever changed! I'm 45 days into the program and have completely changed the shape of my body. I would recommend this program for anybody that was SERIOUS about making changes. It is no joke but it will change your life! I also love Jillian Michaels :-)

Thanks! I had tears in my eyes when I compared those pictures. Just wanted to share so someone else struggling with the number on the scale can see how much change can happen with only a few pounds lost!

I'm on Day 42 of Insanity and have lost only 5 pounds. However I measured and have lost 13 1/2 inches. I was discouraged until I took a day 40 pic and compared with day 1. Although the number on the scale isn't moving that number looks better, WAY BETTER. Don't give up!

Losing the cottage cheese on my thighs and also my shoulders and arms look so much stronger! 40 days into Insanity and my body is changing every day:happy:

Just started month 2 a couple of days ago and now I know why it's called Insanity! I agree with others about keeping proper form and taking time to do it right so you don't get hurt. Also I'm on day 38 and have only lost a few pounds but 3.5 inches off my waist and 1 off my hips. It's the hardest workout I've EVER done but…

It depends on how hard you push yourself and whether you take breaks or push through. I usually burn about 350-500 a workout. A heart rate monitor will be a good investment for you :)

I'm on day 30 of Insanity and I've lost 3.5 inches off my waist and an inch from my hips. I've lost 12 pounds and now the scale isn't moving. I did take a day 1 pic and a day 27 pic and there are major changes! I've got them in my pics and you can truly see a difference. I can't wait to see day 63 results!

I do take vitamin supplements and also eat 3 nutritious meals a day. I just need something to give me some pep in my step after these intense workouts. Thanks to everyone for their suggestions :-)

Insanity is the hardest thing I've ever done but I'm on day 23 and there's no turning back now! I've not lost weight but have lost 2.5 inches in my waist and 1 in my hips so I know I'm improving.

I'm on Day 23 today! My fit test was funny the first time and improved the 2nd time. I also haven't lost pounds but I've lost 2.5 inches from my waist and 1 from my hips :-) You can add me as a friend!

I know T25 is supposed to be a lot of fun! Excited to see my end results. The scale went down 3.8 pounds but now it's back up. Have you lost weight or just inches?

I drink water all the time but if I drink a fountain Pepsi it's still flipping delicious :wink: I can't tell you the last time I had a pop though. Too many calories :frown:
