Insanity day 40
I've been doing Insanity for 40 days now and the scale isn't budging which is very discouraging. Today I took my day 40 progress pictures and holy cow am I improving! Feel the same when I look in the mirror but by comparing day 1 pic to today I can see how far I've really come :happy:

Meal replacement suggestions
I've been doing Insanity for 23 days now and I'm so tired after my workout. I've heard good things about protein shakes right after working out but don't know what brands taste good and are effective. Also I've seen the recovery drinks and want to know if anyone has some feedback. I just want to have energy again!

I'm So Tired After P90X
I recently started P90X and I get through the workout pretty well. The fact that you choose the amount of weight for your fitness level helps. My problem is how exhausted I am afterwords. I know people rave about Shakeology but I don't have the money to invest. Does anyone have an affordable solution to my problem?

Brazil Butt Lift
I recently purchased the Brazil Butt Lift and it definitely targets the buns! I was just curious to see if anyone else has tried this and if you saw good results. I'm also going to the gym and using the elliptical 3-4 days a week to get in some extra cardio. Excited to see results :-)
