I get my workouts done at work on my lunchbreak. We have a treadmill, and other equiptment along with weights and baancing balls. we have a pretty good setup lucky for me

I just want to do well everyday.. not just weekdays. I do well with working out and eating healthy at work but home is trouble so evening snacking is kicking my but too. I want to get through my c25k (2moreweeks) and move on to c210k!

I love the mornings but th kids get up too early now for me to leave them. I did it at night for a while but now Im busy running around, cleaning and then getting ready for the next day. Luckily we have a treadmill at work and I have an hour lunch so thats when I do it.

I also do the no-cash-on-hand thing so that its impossible to give in. I do work at a daycare where they provide healthy lunches so that deffinetly helps. running around in the evening is what kills me.

I struggle with this often.... I have found that the best solution is to not watch tv....da da da. I keep busy cleaning the house after the day or go for a run. OR i do watch tv but workout while doing so... cant eat and excercise. Good Luck!!!!!

I started mfp right after thanksgiving.... that was my enough is enough weekend. But Halloween killed me and I do want to eat all the time. Plus I hate the cold and would rather stay inside. Lucky for me theres a treadmill in the breakroom at work and I joined mfp so I have people to telll me to smarten up!!
