reintroduction
Im reintroducing myself to MFP. I fell off the wagon and have had a hard time starting back up. realized that I need the support as MFP helped me lose my baby weight the first time I joined. Here we go again and Im ready to CONQUER!

sugar!!! what are your numbers like?
So... mfp says I shouldf only have 24g of sugar a day. Im really paying attention now because Im cutting back my sugar but this is ridiculously difficult. does anyone else have this kind of number and how do you deal with it?

I was recently told that keeping your sugar intake to 100 g a day will help with weightloss (thats including sugars in carbs) What do you think and do you think 100 g is a reasonable goal.

Running with "bad knees"
I have weak ankles and knees and was told to stop jogging and just walk. I really dont get the satisfaction of running when walking and feel sad that Ive been giving this advice. what are your thoughts on running with "weak knees" and any advice to prevent injury would be great

How often can I run
Im still new to jogging regularly and have been told I shouldnt run every day. I love the feeling I get when I do run and would like to make it to the point where I can do it more frequently. Right now Im on week 6 of c25k and am doing it Mon-Wed-Fri. When can I increase the number of days I run?
