DANCE! It is a great form of exercise. Take classes if you want. Do it in the privacy of your home. I'm overweight, working on fixing that and one of the ways I am doing that is mixing up my workout. I've even been belly dancing- AT HOME- LOL. If you love it, do it. You'll be enjoying yourself and reaping the health…

My husband is a total butt man, good thing because even when I was a 3 I had a butt, now I have both, perhaps a bit much of both but, I have both. Never was overly interested in being big chested myself, guess life has a sense of humor.

It's a result of modern society and the media. Women have been conditioned by years and years of being told their worth is in their looks and not their abilities or intelligence to believe that if they aren't the prettiest in the room their value just went down. Men are just starting to get a taste of this with the new…

I finally got time to read all of your replies. Thanks so much, ladies. I wouldn't want my boobs to disappear but it is frustrating to have to go up a dress size because the girls are in the way. SIGH All in all, I am pretty well proportioned which is good in one way----not so good in another- it means I have generous hips…

Bones has NOT been cancelled. Maybe they will get their act together.
-
Bones didn't get renewed? That's sad but not a total surprise. They really jumped the shark this season and it hasn't been as good. The first 4 seasons were far and away the best. I nearly cried when The Finder got canceled but then even if it hadn't, that guy, forget his name at moment died so it wouldn't have been the…

Yes and no. They are both crime dramas but whereas CSI is story line driven, the focus is on the case more than the characters, Bones is more character driven. Also, it isn't as much about a crime lab team, though they are a team and they do delve into the different sciences of crime fighting, it is mainly focused on…

Since I am a fan of several shows, I'll go with my fave new show. Elementary. I watch Person of Interest before it and enjoy it but Elementary is my new fave. It keeps you thinking and still manages to get in a few laughs. Despite being a modern take I feel they do a good job with interpreting Holmes in the modern day.

Taking money and happy safe family out....to be published! Trying to figure out the publishing industry is enough to drive a body insane.

Depends but by and large....YES! I love hearing someone from say Australia, British aristocrat , Ireland, Spain somewhere like that talk. I guess because it sounds exotic to our American ear. Then again a good lazy Louisiana drawl (think Harry Connick Jr. or Jaymes from recent Amazing Race) makes me sigh and I'm a…

Love McCartney, Love Cobain- can't see that going well.

I LOVE yoga!! I feel sooo good afterward, loose, relaxed and more peaceful. It doesn't have a high calorie burn but it does burn calories. It also increases flexibility, balance, and mobility (I have arthritis) and also improves breathing. I find that I am able to regulate my breathing much better since I started doing…

I do exercise, usually about an hour a day.

13 That is FB guidelines and when I allowed mine to join. I have their passwords and I know what goes on but I let them join when they hit that age. Maturity should factor in though. I felt they were mature enough to deal with it. So far they have proven me right.

I way everyday- I only record about once a week.

You look great, girl! Congrats! This has been a tough week for me as the scales didn't budge but as they say, that isn't the only or even best indicator. My clothes are looser so I intend to stick with it. Thanks for the encouraging words. I am thrilled for you. I have thirty pounds to go and sometimes it already feels as…

I feel your pain. My in-laws are determined to feed you when you visit! They are kind, wonderful people but have told my husband he looks sick since he's lost weight. Anyway, Turkey day- indulge! The rest of the week do your best to stay on track. Just tell them your tummy has shrunk as you've minded your eating.…

Welcome to a healthy lifestyle instead of dieting. Congratulations, you just found something that is sustainable. It shouldn't be about dieting. Dieting suggests something that you do for a while and then you are done with. The goal here is to develop a sustainable lifestyle for lifetime health. It only took me 35 years to…

I sometimes intentionally go over on the weekend. Why? Because I don't want to become obsessive compulsive and make myself miserable. And believe or not, sometimes the bump in calories aids in me in losing the following week. Do I do this ALL the time? No but my goal is to eat right ninety percent of the time. Monday…

Oh, trust me, I get it! My husband tells me he loves my new curves but sometimes it is soooo hard to feel comfortable in my own skin. I have come a long way, 39 lbs lost, but still have so far to go (another 34). I know I look better but sometimes I still fear that I look fat trying to look skinny. I bought this great…

Yes, you can loose weight just by cutting calories. It really is about calories in and calories out. Unfortunately, without exercise you won't get many. Good news is, when you start physical therapy that will count as exercise. Best of luck.

Girl, what were you thinking is right? I notice the ex- seems you got smart

Spend a few dollars at the thrift store on better fitting clothes; it really helps others see your progress.

To which you reply: "Lucky for both of us I don't date *kitten*."

Clapping and smiling. Good for you!

I would have

Yes, I would be offended! I am aware I need to lose weight, why else would I be on here? But to be reduced to my beauty and value being tied to my weight and looks? That is just insulting! It is time we as women demand to be counted as more than a pretty face and hot body for men to ogle and other women to judge and as…

I breast fed two kids- sag is an unfortunate part of life for me  However, on the surgery note, I have a friend who had it done and couldn't be any happier. She is able to do activities more easily and had a really great, successful operation. I would say do your homework and know you have someone reputable.

A long sleeve shirt with the sleeves rolled up to just below the elbow. Hair just a smidgen too long to be clean cut. Black hair- seriously, I have a thing for black hair- my hubby has GREAT black hair- sigh. The column of the neck, you know along the vein there but most especially just above where it meets the shoulders-…

That is a nice smile
