  • yeah i only eat 1 to 2 fruits a day...never juice. I guess usually i go over around 10-20 grams, but its not anything that i can aviod, i mean i eat yogurt and organic peanut butter those are part of my snacks, and i eat kashi bars usually once a day. i dont know what i can really cut out... but i know i dont want to go…

  • i was planning to do spinning for the first time tonite actually and that was one of my big concerns is sitting on that seat for an hour...i hear u can get pillows or pads...im hoping someone else who knows will answer!
  • 90% of the time (The other 10 is when my husband buys it) i used turkey meat as a substitute for bacon, sausage, and ground meat (for burgers and such) and i LOVE it, sure its not EXACTLY The same (my husband loves sausage so he is always picky about it) but it works and omg the fat grams are worth the switch!
  • Thanks yall, yeah i have been working out about 4 times week for months now. Pilates 2x a week, ST 2-3 times a week, cardio 3 times a week and i havent seen any results, so i figure i needed to take it up a notch and shock my body. I am eating clean in addition to working out.

  • Good for u!! Keep it up! I keep getting on and off the weightloss train, letting other things get in the way, im really trying to stay on it! We can reach our goals! We just have to stay motivated and keep on truckin!
  • Im in the same boat! like NONE of my clothes fit me right now but i refuse to buy new ones becuz i plan on getting this weight off and i am not going to reward myself until then. 5 lbs makes a big difference with me too, i can always tell in my face if im losing weight!
  • umm i dont know but are u just eating lunch and dinner? U should try and eat 5 to 6 small meals a day within 2.5-3 hrs of each other and dont skip a meal! It keeps ur metabolism going all day, if u miss a meal it slows down.
  • They do the same thing at Golds gym sometimes, Pizza, Hooters wings, all kinds of crap like that...im over there busting *kitten* and watching people grub...seriously?!? i dont get it lol!
  • Im actually debating on doing my first class sunday...im sooo nervous!Im not in really good shape and im afraid i wont be able to keep up...and that my butt will hurt from sitting that long lol!But i have heard great things about it!
  • i was doing the eat clean "diet' for a while and Tosca Reno said that the Ezekial bread was great. i have never tried it just the regular kind but i got the cinnimon raisen kinds in the frozen section of organic section of the store and it was awesome. I would think multigrain bread would be best.
  • This weekend got to me, i had 2 thanksgivings, and a college football game, so i didnt lose any needless to say, sux cuz the beginning of th week i did awesome but im not gonna let it get me down! Im still at 159 but im shooting to lose 3 lbs this week! Lets have a great week guys!!

  • yes i was just telling my dad this tonite, its like im either doing amazing on my diet and working out like crazy or i eat like crap and dont work out at all. I have got to find that balance!

  • My brother hates thanksgiving food...grant it he is a super picky eater but the only thing he eats out all of that good food is Honey baked ham and rolls lol.

  • Had a good day today! Stuck with my diet and its my first day of no soda! All water all the time baby and it wasnt too bad! Had a great Body jam classes (dance class for 60 min). Not looking forward to my low carb day tommorow...yuck!

  • Yeah working out on days u dont eat alot of carbs is tough! I hear u on the headaches. I am going to try it this week and see how it goes. Definitly will help with thanksgiving day! I work out alot so it might not be a good thing for me either. Thats typically the most carbs i eat in a day as well is about 150, thats good…

  • Those last few lbs are tough to get off! I would try switching ur routine up, maybe up ur days to work out or for a longer duration. Try rotating carbs, something different with ur diet. U have to shock ur body especially when u get down to ur fighting weight.
