LMBO! I've learned: 2TBSP of dressing is a huge amount! If I don't exercise, I tend to binge (don't ask why, can't explain it.) If I find something that is fun (for me it's Yoga & Running), I will *want* to exercise. My body craves activity. Good food is good to me.

How low is low carb? All bran muffins are going to have some carbs (actually most have lots - I've got one for around 18 or 19).
