Ghanie, I've found that anything acidic usually upsets mine. I can eat it all when it's not during a "flare up", but when it starts, I have to steer clear of anything that is acidic - oranges, anything citris, watermelon also bothers me, onions, tomatoes, broc & cauliflower, peppers (the heat bothers me then too)...yeah,…

Must be in the air. I was craving sushi so I had some last night (california roll) and 1/2'd an order of california & spicy shrimp for lunch. It was less than 500 cals & fit into my routine nicely. Not to hi-jack the thread but, yeah, I had a complete hysterectomy & am on a daily hormone pill & still around the same time I would have had TOM, I still get cranky & bloated, so go figure. I know strange right?

I agree! Just eat a healthy, normal size meal that you can live with & don't worry about 1 day of missing breakfast. I think the "distribution" of the calories throughout the day is more important that getting every calorie in. Don't worry too much & I think you'll be okay.
