I come to MFP to pick up chicks - look at you!! Maybe you could present it as an additional beverage instead of replacing milk with it. You never know just what will happen! :drinker:

I'd be interested to know as well. I have been normally using egg beaters/egg whites for "eggy muffins" for breakfast, but this week, I've been eating all our easter eggs! The thought has crossed my mind that my cholesterol is going through the roof, but there is no sense in letting the eggs go to waste! :-)

Oh, YUM! I love it! My nutritionist recommended it for my little girl, so we started drinking it (I am lactose intolerant, so I am happy to finally have some that I can drink too!). :drinker: The only one that is not 100 % loving this is my good ole farm boy husband...i.e. "milk should come from cows not nuts" My…

I think he's being silly and childish. BUT, that's just "IMHO"! Regardless of what he thinks, you obviously liked it - twice, three times actually - and YOU did the work & YOU deserved the REWARD! Besides that, I understand that sometimes we just feel like giving up, but look at how much better you feel after having lost a…

Tina, I discovered Super Colon Cleanse (got it at the health food store) when my nutritionist asked me to do a "fast". Short order - you will go. I promise. Email me & I'll give you some info on it. It's made with all natural ingredients. I use it every day. And I do a fast about once every 2 weeks (it's not a fast like…

I was assuming that you had the same "couldn't go" problems that my IBS gives me. If you are the opposite, then Super is not for you. Sorry - since it only has the one effect on me, I wasn't thinking about the fact that it does cause the "go all the time", too. :ohwell:
-
iwannano just how I missed this too. Bump - just for me to read again in a month or 2 - and again later.
-
:grumble: I do I take Super Colon Cleanse every day (1 tbsp - mix in a gulp of water  & then drink a full bottle after the gulp) As long as I take it, I go & I don't bloat & get sick. Can't live without it! Best I've ever found & I've even been on prescription meds for it.

Find a FOUR SEASONS! It's the BEST ever! Okay, so that was my original comment & then I tried to find out the brand & all of what we have. Did a search for "four seasons mattress" and ended up seeing some pretty grave reviews about my wonderful - couldn't live without - mattress. So, I'll just say it's best to do a little…

D3L2 done. I do not like Level 2. I hope this 10 days go by quick! Today was better but still not great. But, at least I'm still doing it everyday without fail. Good luck ladies & so excited to see everyone still checking in & working out.

So, Missy...I know exactly how you must feel because I have some of the same problems! The very first thing I want you to hear me say is 3 months is the toughest spot!! That's right. Give it one week. Don't smoke. Give it one week. I promise it will get easier. I know because at 3 months I almost caved. Stress was the…

Good for YOU! :drinker: Great that you are into a 12!

bump - maxed again :drinker: F5 must work because I counted & it only let me vote 25 times (including the time I used the F5) before it maxed.

Okay, so mine is a little strange..but then most things about me are! So, I was married, he was married & I worked for him. We were just really great friends - I promise (most people don't believe that part, but I have no reason to lie). There definitely was a connection, but it was never even discussed. We spent a lot of…

So Shredders, how are we doing?? Day 4 L1 done! I rocked it at 5 a.m. Boy, I am *still* sore! The outside muscles in my legs are killer today - couldn't tell you what muscle that is but it's the one that you touch if you put your arms by your side (from hip to knee on outside of the legs). Wawee! Sore, sore, sore! But,…

A new find for me: If I work oout in the morning, I have less tendancy to screw up my nutrition plan. Working out - definitely!

Hmm. I'll try to think of some, but right now I'm bumping for all the Great recipes & ideas you're gonna get from our Great Friends at MFP!

Hey Y'all! Glad to see this on here this morning. I'm on D3L1. I'm going to try doing 10 days of each level & see what happens. I'm a 7 day a week girl - anything less & I have a habit of letting myself off the hook! I will say my arms & chest are still sore...but not like the first day at least. For those who haven't…
