I eat somewhere between 5-6 meals a day. It really works for me. I've been steady in my weight loss (ticker doesn't reflect it all as I threw out the scale!!). I think it helps my metabolism stay up.

Checked out the website. Says it is made with Glucomannan which is actually in Shirataki noodles, so it's close to what I'm looking for. Thanks for the site. If I can't find them locally I'll see if I can order from there.
