Weird question, but is it the side you tend to lean on while sitting at a desk/home? My bf sits at a computer all day leans to the left and has a really dry elbow. weird whitish/grey dry elbow patch. he wears out his shirts there too... must spend all day leaning!

Love my dog! he's silly and loving and loves to snuggle too. Did I mention he is also spoiled! Boston beagle mix, some call him a mutt....but to us he's a hybrid :P

This!^ though I am seriously hoping OP was trolling. Side note my husband is a vegetarian and I'd have to beat him with a stick to get him to eat kale, sprouts and tofu!

Hands down my personal fave bought it for my guy :) Love when he wears it, I call it his panty dropping cologne

I think part of this may lay with expectations. How clean do you expect the house to be? How have things changed from pre baby to post baby? Is she the type who doesn't see messes/untidiness like you see it. You know her best and to you it seems she is not depressed. Enjoys staying home and does get friend time/alone time…

when I pay lots of money for a "salad" only to find a bug in it. I get it, extra protein....but really

My daughter has cut off most her jeans (pisses me off cause they were not too short or worn) Nobody has said anything, infact they are asking their moms to do the same. Though you must fray the ends to make it look like they are worn. Cause apparently that is the cool thing to do. Cut off sweats...not so much. I guess if…

Same here! watched her on tv and learned a few things. I enjoyed her candor as my parents were the "we dont talk about it" type. Of course this was shortly before the internet came along.

We spend between 70-120$ a week on groceries. For a family of 4 ( 2 kids 11&15) This includes toiletries, cleaning products, paper towels, TP etc. We tend to go over 100$ when there is a good sale. Our main basket staples are plenty of fresh fruits and veggies. Deli meats, egg and steaks, chicken, Cheeses, milk and yogurt,…

thoughts on terminus and possible cannibalism? (as in the comics)

Agreed, I had a look and saw no data, or studies. though in the comments they reply " yes, we can distinguish carbs and fat at intake calories and what is the source (“food” or “body”) for spent calories, but we only evaluate amount of protein. For people, who using high protein and low carbs diet, accuracy will be lower:…

the concept is interesting, yet I too wonder how it goes about measuring the glucose levels without taking blood... *off to read the link*

You remind me of my son, who wants "ripped abs" he would do 100s of sit ups and crunches but then get mad because he saw no progress. He finally listened to his old mom and set up a complete lifting routine. He has seen more "ab" progress from this that from the countless sit ups he was doing. Also I agree with eating more…

^^ I like you. OP...If this is a rare hardly ever happens type thing. Going to bed and not having met your calorie requirements for the day will not hurt. Long term, its just not a good idea. (I dont know what your typical calorie goal for the day is, I will assume normally your in a "good range" for your height/weight and…

I will assume your Dr has given you a referral to a Diabetes specialist or Dietician. That being said, we have found this website to be pretty helpful at explaining and helping us (help a family member) understand it better http://www.diabetes.ca/diabetes-and-you/nutrition/meal-planning/ Edited to add link…

Contact them, if they have a website they should have a "contact us" section. Let them know you would like the nutritional info. If I cant find info on a certain food. I dissect it and analyse the components as best as I can. It will be a guess/estimate but it should give you something to go off of. Not familiar with…

I agree with this, You're a great friend for wanting to be suportive. But for the rest of his life it will be his challenge, Not yours. I have a parent who is an alcoholic, the stress of trying to limit and watch gets old fast.

this I have to say, I have met some weirdos in real life, but its nothing like what you come across online. Online dating has the comfort of anonymity and a huge volume of people seeking something. I ventured into online dating on POF and it was short lived. Even though my profile clearly stated I was not interested NSA…

Ripe Bananas. A splash of maple syrup. Also like mine unsweetened apple sauce and cinnamon. My fave lately has been berries and a bit of vanilla. Just something about the scent of vanilla that makes things seem sweet.

The miracle cure...we all know what we should do to lose weight. But...what if this new "Pill, shake, weird diet" is the key to finally being skinny!?! The temptation of it possibly working even though, rationally we know it won't, is sometimes hard to over come. Usually ends up with money being wasted and weight loss…

:flowerforyou: Thank you for sharing, Im going to pass this on to friends and family

Agreed, Lake Louise :) Every time I see this pic my winter hating heart melts a little. Of course Id want to look at it, from a big window, while sitting infront of a warm fire!!

This, I like! :) Hair free men are fine and all, but I like my man with some fuzz on the chest.

I think this used to be (or still is) the "core" program You eat power food to satisfaction, without any "empty calories" food. If you do eat non-power foods you have to subtract it from your weekly points Personally don't know anyone who has done this, but they do seem to have had successful people. You would have to be…

^^Dont I know what you mean! Props to the pears that can wear them, but my calf size just doesnt mesh with this style. I have to do boot cut or wide leg to fit mine.

^^ This seriously.

Circuit training perhaps? Its the only thing i can think of that would fit. I dont think MFP has cross training. I think it would be similar to one of these two though. I wouldnt stress too much about it, but it would give you something to enter for today :)
