  • Don't worry just start over again, thats what i like about doing this its easy to get back on track, the first week is the hardest and then you kind of get used to it, and just keep thinking how good you will feel in the morning when you haven't given in but then you can eat! , keep at it : )

  • I have found the non eating days really easy because you only have a day to wait to eat, and i drink loads of water and don't go crazy on the eating day. Everyone is different i tried lots before this and this seems to whorl best for me, its only early days though so lets see how it goes : )
