  • I've given up calorie counting on up days...I just eat normally and try to make sure I eat healthily and don't over indulge. (except the ocassional weekend blip)....   • I do down mon,wed, fri cos i like to have saturdays up as thats when i socialise or have a night in and takeaway with my other half. So i don't have 2 up days together sun and mon, i try not to go over 1000 cal's on sunday, so its a kind of inbetween day : )
  • i always try to exercise on an up day, but sometimes on down days i have loads of energy (not sure where it comes from ) but just go with what you feel you can manage on the day . good luck :)

  • Well done! the down days do get easier but i suppose everyone is different, i feel really good on my down days and seem to have a lot of energy, but maybe thats because i used to eat so much crap and that makes you feel sluggish. Keep on trying x
