good call, i just changed my goals so that i manually entered my calorie goal to be TDEE-20%. not sure why i never thought of doing that before and taking the math out! Thanks for your help!

jillian michaels DVDs all the way... that's how i've lost all of my weight/inches so far! i also just started doing C25K program, which definitely keeps me from getting bored with cardio because each workout incorporates more running!

i'm doing the body revolution right now as well!!! just started week 4...i'm down 7 lbs already which is crazy, i'm never one of those people who loses weight quickly! good luck and keep me posted and how it goes!!

i lost 5 inches from my waist alone doing 30 day shred! i haven't done ripped in 30 but i'm doing her 90 day body revolution right now and have lost 5 lbs in the first 2 weeks. jillian is no joke so YES i would say in the next 2 months you could see huge results!!

30 day shred by jillian michaels. there's a bit of jumping in the form of jumping jacks but that's it :) i'm doing her 90 day body revolution right now... in week 3 of 12 and LOVING it!

i struggle with this pretty much EVERY night! i am a rockstar during the day then want to eat chips like its my job after 9pm. currently snacking on baked cheetos... 34 pieces for 130 cals... hopefully that will do the trick!

i'm 5'9", weigh 190 right now and want to be 150 in an ideal world! i have huuuuge boobs so 150 for me looked very skinny. not that i knew it at the time. :)

Charles Shaw is SO good! I also have been drinking Rex & Goliath Sauvignon Blanc... most places its $5! And, I can't lie to you, I drink Franzia because I'm BROKE... the Crisp White is really sweet with only 105 cals per 5oz :)

I love that I'm actually cooking for the first time!!! Eating healthy has forced me to try new recipes, ingredients, spices etc. so I don't get bored :)
