so i've read a lot about TDEE -20% on here and i've officially made the decision to eat more calories. so in my fitness pal land, this means i'm eating (roughly) my calorie goal PLUS all my exercise calories, correct? Has anyone done this DVD? I have a couple weeks left of her Body Revolution... after 90 days I'm so much more in shape and I want to make sure the next program I do is super hard to continue to push myself! Thoughts on this DVD or even other programs to try after finishing Body Rev? Thanks!
