  • Loss of 2lbs this week so 5lbs for the challenge. SW: 217 CW: 199 GW: 154 overall 174 by 07/10/12 for this but I have a hol so to have lost 30lbs total by then will only be 187 but I count that as a cheat GW/if I gain GW lol. So 25lbs to go for real challenge and 12lbs for cheat 30lbs GW.
