My daugher is born on Christnmas Eve. Our family tradition since she was 3 is the family going to breakfast together on Christmas Eve at Shoney's before finishing our Christmas shopping. I am looking forward to our family going to breakfast together and she will be 24 this year. Praise God!!!

DON'T GIVE UP, I USE WW AND MYFP. I POST WHAT I EAT ON MYFP AND IT HELPS ME KEEP UP WITH HOW LONG I HAVE BEEN DOING THE PLAN. YOU CAN DO BOTH. ALSO KEEP EXCERCISING EVEN IF YOU ARE DOING WW, YOU LOSE MUCH FASTER.
