  • Just being completely honest here, since the beginning of this challenge, I am up a few pounds. This last week was very tough with the holiday, my daughters actual birthday, and then her birthday party later in the week. I didn't eat like I should, I didn't get enough water and I will be working on this much harder this…
  • This week is a tough one for me. My daughter's birthday was yesterday and she turned 1. We had a pizza party and cupcakes, but we are having a party for her Saturday. Not to mention 2 dinners to go to on Thanksgiving. So, my goals this week are simple 1. Log everything into MFP 2. Drink at least 80 oz of water each day. 3.…
  • My goals today were to drink at least 64 oz of water, workout at least 30 minutes, and stay within my calorie goal. So far I'm at 45oz of water, will finish before bed, I still need to work out, and I have already had dinner and within my calorie goals. Hoping to finish the other 2 before bedtime. :)
  • Goals for today are to drink at least 80 oz of water, stay under calorie and sodium goals, get in at least a 30 minute workout (probably CIZE - Crazy 8s), log all my food, and on a non-fitness related note, I have to finish getting my princess' birthday invitations addressed and filled out for her 1st birthday party!
  • Thanks @2014june
  • Rest is very important as well. It's part of your overall health. I've had a hard time coming off the candy wagon after Halloween. So I can totally relate!
  • My goals this week are to drink at least 64 oz of water each day, workout at least 5/7 days this week, and log all of my food. I'm struggling with staying on track already and have been since Halloween. This will be my week to shine. :)
  • My goals this challenge: Lose 15-20 lbs. Log every day. Don't let the "eating holidays" set me back and cause me to gain! The big thing...just stay on track. :)
  • Just now found this group, so I'll post my goals for the rest of this week. Workout for at least 30 minutes each day (I'm doing CIZE so that should be pretty easy to do) Drink at least 8 cups of water each day (shoot for more) Stay under on calories Make sure to log everything in MFP (no forgetting to log snacking - which…

  • @hotelsix You had an awesome loss this week! Way to go!
  • I struggle as well. I do really good for a while, then fall back in bad habits and we all know weight goes on quicker than you can get it off! But, my biggest struggle right now is balancing working out, cooking meals (versus going out), and having a baby. Our daughter is 9 1/2 months old and she is teething. She's going…
  • Whoops, posted this on the challenge thread earlier then saw this thread. :) I make tortilla or flatout pizzas often, however this week, I tried my first ever spinach alfredo 'pizza'! All you have to do is use a whole wheat tortilla (or flatout), 3 tbsp of light alfredo sauce, 1-1 1/2 cups of fresh spinach (canned would…

  • I would like an invite, please. :)
  • I've been where you are. I am 24, but about a year ago, I was on my period for 14 months straight for the same reason, I didn't have insurance. I weighed 390 at the time, and I am only about an inch taller than you. I too had the large clots and a horribly heavy flow. I didn't hardly leave the house for months because I…
  • I really like #4 and #5!
  • My husband and I were having a rough time financially living on our own, so we moved back in with his mother. I understand the dilemma that your daughter faces and the fact that she feels as if she is taking a step back. However, at the same time, I know that things have brightened up a little for us by just accepting the…
  • My husband and I will have been married for six years at the end of June. I have PCOS and of course my doctor has recommended on numerous occasions that if we wanted to have a baby, I should try losing weight, which may improve my cycle. I have just started my weight loss journey, but I have been overweight my entire life.…
