I was just curious if I missed the weigh in thread. I've been MIA for the last few days after my mom had her thyroid removed and am just now getting around to reading group posts on the forum.
I didn't see a thread so I hope it's okay that I created one. :) My goals for today were to drink at least 64 oz of water (still working on that one), work out at least 30 minutes, and log all of my foods (stay within my calorie goal). So far so good, just need to get that water down! Hope everyone had a great day!
Hey! I hope it's okay to start a thread, because I didn't see one posted for our Weigh-In today. I am at a standstill this week after beginning a new workout program. Just thankful the scale didn't go up, even though there was no change. Hoping after my muscles get used to it, the scales will continue on the decline. :)…
