We really don't do much for V-Day, so no special plans here. I will be making chocolate dipped marshmallows for my son, that's all. I ate way too much tonight... I made beef stew for dinner along with homemade sourdough rolls... I ate 5 rolls. I really need to work out a lot tomorrow :)

Right now is the Facebook presale, tickets are all balcony unless you get a single floor ticket. The password for Ticketmaster is PACKAGE. Or, wait until they go on sale on 2/2. They always release more tickets as the concert gets closer.

I agree about the "free" days and things not tasting as good as they used to. Except for last week when nice Aunt Flo came to visit, I haven't had any sweet cravings. A sweet apple or other piece of fruit at breakfast is all I need now.

We had CFA for lunch. I used to get the sweet tea, till I saw the calories. Now unsweetened for me. I completely forgot to get a side salad (with my dressing from home), and had fries instead. Oh well.

I log my free days as closely as possible. I don't think it's supposed to be a "free for all".

1/2 cup would be 6 grams... so you might be able to fit it in on a low carb day. I try to stay under 90 grams on low carb days.

How much is in your recipe? There are 12g of carbs in 1 cup of mashed pumpkin. Most people aren't going to eat 1 cup at a time.

Yes, that's the one! There are three levels, the workouts aren't very long. It ramps up from beginner to advanced. You can do the first one as a warm up and move on, or just do the warm up as your workout.

I adore my Kindle. It's the one with the keyboard that came out a few months before the Fire, so it's just for reading. I knew right away after reading posts here that I wanted the hardcopy. Kindle just wouldn't cut it.

I have the book right here. You would weigh in the day before your free day. The day before your free day is a high carb day. If you don't do a free day, there are two high carb days in a row. I weigh first thing in the morning.
