I lost most of my weight in beta. Probably has to do with the added muscle gain from alpha finally kicking in!

thats what I did as well. it was always fairly similiar.

I did t25 last year and am starting insanity max 30 today! I gained too much weight back :[

I completed it last year and got pretty good results. The best results were from the third phase Gamma. Eating correctly is almost as important as the actual workout.

The beginning of the year around 200lbs A couple weeks ago around 143lbs

You don't have to they even suggest that if you want you can do one Friday and one Saturday it's just an extra workout no matter when you do it.

That is the problem I am at now ha. I just finished the second gamma phase last week so I have done all 3 main phases plus the gamma hybrid phase. I dont know if I want to just keep doing it or to switch to weight training 3 days a week and two cardio days. All I have at my house is a weight bench with some weights and a…

I followed myfitnesspal calorie amount for a two pound loss a week and I rarely ate back my workout calories. Just wish I would have are a gram of protein per pound of body weight the whole time instead of just the last 5 weeks.

The hardest for me was finding the right type of workout to do that I would do it without skipping ever. I wont say I look forward to doing T25 but I certainly feel weird when I dont do it on my two rest days. But I did not skip a workout through the whole 14 week program which to me says something major.

I also really enjoy quest bars. I havent had one the I have hated yet and ive tried like 7 flavors but apple pie is by far my favorite so far but ive seen almost every flavor listed as someones favorite so its just a matter of what you think you would like instead of what everyone else likes.

I just finished Gamma this week and plan to take results pictures tomorrow. I'm pretty excited/scared to see the difference or lack of difference. I never can tell too much till I look back at older pictures! I plan on starting the Gamma Hybrid calender now and then after that I am not sure! but I loved T25

So I just completed week 2 of gamma and I am fianlly seeing a little definition in my stomach area so I'm pretty pumped. I'm trying really hard to eat completely healthy with no cheat meals or anything.
