so last year I lost about 50 pounds. I gained 30 back from August to the end of the year and I've currently lost 25 of that to date. I swear this is my last major yo yo!

14 Weeks Done! I am so happy with my results! Only thing I would have changed is eating enough protein during alpha and beta so I would have lost less muscle weight. Picture 1 is before starting Alpha Picture 2 is after completing Beta Picture 3 is after completing Gamma
And these are my results! First picture is from the beginning of the year and the second is from this passed weekend! I am 5'8'' and went from 195 to 155. I am currently doing gamma as well but wanted to share my results from the Alpha and Beta.
I don't know how I am going to go back to eating a calorie amount to maintain weight while still eating healthy. I am so full a lot of the times the way I eat now at a deficit. Anyone had any experience with this?
But have been using myfitnesspal for a while now. Rededicated myself to eating healthy again this year and so far so good. I'm also doing T25 and am currently on week 1 of beta phase and I'm loving it. Haven't missed a day yet! Feel free to add me!
