I don't know how I am going to go back to eating a calorie amount to maintain weight while still eating healthy. I am so full a lot of the times the way I eat now at a deficit. Anyone had any experience with this?

As a guy who's yo-yo-ed between fat and skinny I'll say this: You can eat more, but keep using MFP to limit your calories to maintenance (which is probably not that high anymore) or just 150-200 cals over. Do it slowly. It will take time. If you're like me, you've been overweight for a long time, and your body's not used to a lifestyle yet. Just eat a little bit over, and pay attention to the scale. In time, you'll get used to it.

The best way to increase your calorie level after a cutting phase is by doing a reverse diet. Check this video out. It tells all about it.

Personally, I plan to add about 100 calories at a time until I reach my maintenance level. You may get some better replies if you post this in the "Goal: Maintaining Weight" section.

Add in 50-100 cals per day, weigh each week and when you gain weight for two consecutive weeks, you know what's just over your maintenance so use that as a base.
