So I completed T25 Alpha and Beta last week...

And these are my results! First picture is from the beginning of the year and the second is from this passed weekend! I am 5'8'' and went from 195 to 155. I am currently doing gamma as well but wanted to share my results from the Alpha and Beta.

    Amazing progress! Just wondering, did you have any injurys while completing the program?

    A had a little knee issue for a couple days in alpha but I dont know if it was because of T25 because I also play some basketball and stuff like that happens and thank you!

    Holy cannoli!! Did you follow the diet plan?! You look great! I'm on week 3! If I could get my eating under and where I need to be immature my results would be even better!

    No I followed myfitnesspals recommended calorie intake and tried to keep my calories at 40% carbs 25% fat and 35% protein. I did have on average one cheat day a week buti didn't over do it. More like just eating within my calories or around them but just eating food that's not so healthy for you ha

    Amazing transformation!! I finished Insanity and just started T25 this week. I was a bit nervous since I really like the calorie burn from Insanity, but after seeing this transformation I can't wait to see my results!! Great job!

    I was surprised at the calorie burn in the cardio ones it was on par with the per minute calorie burn of insanity from what I read just doesn't go as long and "no breaks" although I did take a few very short water sip breaks because I needed it.

    WOW!! Great job!! Did you ever have to modify? I am currently on W3D3 and still have to modity here and there!!When did you start to notice that changes? Was your weight loss consistent week to week? I hope my results will be this good!!

    The only time I modified was when I was so tired doing the same thing a lot of times like push ups or something or the an workouts those are brutal I started losing more after the 3rd week of alpha. It was coming off at a good pace after that. I noticed the changes after a couple weeks. I hope it as good for you as it has been for me!
