At the end of the day your mfp and fitbit calorie counts should even out. The fitbit is constantly changing based on your activity and your mfp one is only changing when the fitbit syncs and there for adding or subtracting calories based on your steps.

While doing it I thought it was tough but after completing Insanity Max 30 this year and going back and doing a mix of T25 and Insanity Max 30 I find them to be a whole lot easier compared to Max 30 ha

Ive done T25 and enjoyed it the first go around. Tried to start it over again and got really bored though. Right now I'm doing Insanity Max 30 and its hard but in a good way. Hated p90x it was just overwhelming when i tried to start it.

ive read that 3000 a day is sedentary and 10k is active

I would log as sedentary and wear a HRM during the cardio and log the calories burned and eat back half of those if you are feeling hungry.

any exercise is good thing. its a better thing if its something you dont mind or enjoy doing because it means there is a better chance you will stay commited.

all you do is the best you can do and you will get results and improve. take as many short little breaks as you need to throughout the workout. just do your best. I stopped using it during T25 because the calories burned were very similar each time I did a certain day (like everytime I did Total Body Circuit) that I could just use the same number. I never ate back all my calories burned so it worked for me.
