well my triglycerides are high, but i've been eating healthy and excerising 5/6 days a week since april and have only lost 17 lbs, I've been at a standstill for at least 3 months!! So my reainer suggested I do 45 carbs 35 protein and 20 fat.. Im really having a hard time making it work

I buy EB's because of the nutrition and they are organic.. neith myself or husband has had a problem... whats the point of eating 20 eggs a day?

My trainer has me walk the treadmill or bike to warm up, we do alot of stretching after my workout, then she has me do more walking or biking afterwards.

I usually try to make grilled chicken or pork chops for dinner the night before training, i always make 1 extra for after my workout. after my 1 mile walk 1 hour personal training and another mile walk I head into the locker room and chomp away at my protein! lol

spend your money on a gym membership and nutritionist :) That would be the healthy way :) My friend sells it but I chose to spend my $300.00 a month with a personal trainer. Good luck :)

Im a total apple, I have long thin legs no hips, no butt!! I buy a size 14 pair of jeans just to fit my waist and cant keep them UP!! I have no hips or but to keep them up, Its so frustrating!!

good topic for me.. I decided to go off my antidepressants today! I have been at a stand still for about 2 months, Im also weening myself off other meds too. see if this helps my weightloss.. Dr. told me it was ok to start weening
