  • I would think that you should be eating at least some portion of the calories back. It seems like after such a vigorous work out that your body needs the extra resources to recover. Forcing yourself to be "super hungry" after good workouts can't be a good thing.

  • Hello! I like how you think! My biggest "inner voice" weakness may be that it often says "well no one else seems to have to think about their calories, etc, so why should I??". But this type of thinking doesn't lead to a healthy lifestyle at all so I've got to rise above it.
