Okay, here I go again. November challenge really made me more consciously aware of my snacking habits. Goals for December are: 1) No snacking after 8 pm on weekdays; after 10 pm on weekends. 2) Drink tea or water after 8 pm. 3) Try to beat my 21 day streak from November. I have a friend who is a diabetic and I know if she doesn't eat small meals or snacks on a regular schedule she will get weak and shaky.
