Hi! I am mostly a vegetarian.. I know most people think in the lines of you either are a vegetarian or you are not but hey.. I have some pretty awesome healthy vegetarian meals. We eat vegetarian at least 5/6 days of the week :)

I almost always eat cereal. But Morning star makes some pretty good "sausage" patties that are not too bad for you. My picky husband also likes those. A great substitute for real meat :) I have always just substituted healthier options to the food we normally eat and it has worked out great for us.

I am new to this site as well. I started off at 240 and now I am 147 lbs.
