I took Celexa many years back and put on about 30 pounds. I am not sure if it was associated with that or something else though. I wasn't eating any more.

Honestly I like to mix them up so I have the best of both worlds! For P90X I love the arm workouts but I do not get anything out of the plyo or the cardio X. I prefer to mix in Insanity for those and do my own little hybrid. I personally like Shaun T better than Tony because he seems so hardcore but there are things I like…

My experience has been amazing with it! I have completed a full round of it and then did hybrids with P90X and P90X2 and Asylum. Great results!!! It is an awesome cardio workout which incorporates your own weight I LOVE it :)

Congrats on hitting your goal weight!!! I upped mine by 200 when I hit my goal weight and then weighed in after a few weeks to make sure I was still maintaining :)

I wish! I had laser skin tightening done a few years ago before I gained all of my weight and it did lighten them a bit but they are still there :(

I am 5'4" and weigh about 110 now and eat 1,800 calories a day on a 50/25/25 split :)

I was down to 104 and now am around 107 or so but I am 5'4" but I started at 151!

I never realized a thigh gap was a good thing or something people worked on until I started my fitness journey! for a while I didn't have one but I do now. I am 5'4 and anywhere from 107 to 109 :)

There are pre mixed Muscle Milk lites that have 100 or 110 calories with I think 18 grams of protein (I may be off a bit but something like that).

I like it a lot and the reason I like it is because of the vitamins in it on top of the good amount of protein. For me it was a good meal replacement for breakfast and it was quick and easy. I didn't use it until I reached my goal weight but I would say that anything combinbed with a healthy diet and activity will work :)
