I have only used Herbalife but I like it and it works for me so that would be my recommendation :)

I do mine like a smoothie too! Lunchtime mix is vanilla shake with raspberries, blackberries and strawberries blended with ice cubes and morning mix is vanilla shake with a really rich hot chocolate powder ( just 10g ) blended with ice cubes - both are really delicious :)

I don't think that Herbalife specify a number of calories but say a healthy meal after the 2 shakes. I cant work like this though so I use the MFP setting which allows me 1200 cals + exercise cals and record my Herbalife calories within this :)

There are loads of Herbalife users on here to 'friend' with and we open diaries and share meal ideas all the time. I could also ask the question - How does Slimming World work when for example you can eat unlimited protein on Red Days or pasta/rice etc on Green Days. Don't be too hard on yourself, nothing is written in stone ! Just carry on with your meals as you want them and use the missed calories if you want to. If you don't then no problem for a day :) I believe that your diet plan needs to revolve around your lifestyle not the other way around

I have anything that I want as my snacks so long as they are within calories, Like you my breakfast and lunch shakes are just fine in the day so I count these, then my evening meal and what is left up to 1200 cals I have for my supper. In the week it tends to be snack soya nuts or a Herbalife bar to keep my protein levels…

Certainly not true in my case DannMP31 and kat239, I am using Herbalife as part of my calorie tracking, not selling anything and am doing really well, thank you !! If nothing else in this life I have learned that there is always more than one solution to a problem and to respect different solutions :)

I don't really get the idea of 2 shakes and a 'healthy meal' with no other tracking. If I could do 'healthy meals' I would not need to be using Herbalife !! My favourite snack at the moment is roasted Soy Nuts. Herbalife do individual packs that are really nice or you can get other brands in bigger packets. I am using these as I can weigh out the amount that I want rather than always using the pack size and they are also a bit cheaper. Really filling though and great protein…

I am using Herbalife and loving it. Am almost at my target for the first time in years and very happy. I am spending no more on the powder than I would on food for lunch and breakfast but it is much easier to up your protein levels without increasing calories too much - it works for me :)

I kind of look at it another way by eating more protein and cutting back on carbs. I have set MFP to 105g of protein per day out of my 1200 calories, this proportionally has calculated 135g of carbs and 27g of fat. I try hard to make up the protein totals and just generally don't have many separate straight carbs ie loads…

Definitely chat with your distributor, mine is very helpful and always has good ideas to vary the routine to help continuing success. Also giving some details of what you are eating is helpful for anybody on here to help you :)

I keep within my calorie goal by just including Herbalife items like any other food. My 1200 calorie target is not changed although I have fiddled around with my breakdown to up my protein target for the day to ensure I get towards 100g per day. Its working for me :)

I'm using Herbalife for breakfast and lunch and healthly dinner and over 12 weeks have lost just over 12 lbs which is fab for me. I am finding that using it in conjunction with MFP where I track at around 1200 cals per day, keep up my protein levels and eat back some exercise calories at the weekend works for me.
