Wow. Sounds so good to hear that. Showing abs. Tried to get them for years. You are right. Diet is key. But I followed my diet, exercise program and supplementation to the letter! Awesome program. I am a firm believer now!! Body Beast my primary. T25 for extra cardio!!

Not sure if you are familiar with them. But I did a combination of T25 and Body Beast. Body Beast for weight training and T25 for cardio. I followed the nutrition plan for Body Beast.

Sure. People in the group follow programs of their choice. They can be done at home. But that's personal preference. I prefer weight training and do that mostly at the gym. I have some equipment home I use on the weekends. Others Run or cycle. Some do Insanity or P90X DVDs from home. Point of the group is really just to…

Does anyone else have this problem? I snack an hour or so before going to sleep, but I wake up two hours later hungry and can't go back to sleep. If I resist, I don't sleep. If I give in and eat (usually a bowl of cereal with some protein powder) I am able to go back to sleep. But I hate to eat in the middle of the night…
