Healthy Bteakfadt.
Egg whites for breakfast for me again. Low carb. But I have a full house this AM. Made a big breakfast. Waffles are whole grain/high protein. Added walnuts for healthy fat. Side of turkey bacon. Nutritious! So I figured I still share with you. And. Shhhhh. Don't tell the kids.
