I'm on week 9 and have lost about 6 pounds since starting the program. I wasn't eating enough for a week or two, so I stalled, but upping my calories started the scale moving again. I've also gone down a pants size and lost several inches.

I had both in my hands in Target the other day and the only difference I could see was that the F7 had Flowlink for data transfer to a polar website. The other features were mostly the same. I've read good things about the Butt Bible. You can search the forums here for more info. There are three levels and you do each level for two weeks.
