  • I love Les Mills combat but I do it as a class at gym. I'm sure the home workout will be just as good though. It takes moves from different martial arts and tunes are great! I typically burn 700 kcals per class. Good luck x
  • I started on Monday, so did D5L1 this morning! Still can't do a real push up yet without collapsing in a heap! Hopefully will have mastered them before moving on to level 2! I am really enjoying it though. Good luck shredders x
  • I did the 9 week C25k app and then had 3 weeks before my 5k I'd signed up for so I just kept doing week 9 till my race. So for me it was 3 months to get to a 5k. There is an app to go from 5k to 10k but not sure how long it takes.
  • Try a programme like Couch to 5K and then work up to 10k and so on. It'll get you up to the level you need gradually. Tough mudder looks crazy tho, running through electric shocks, artic pools, nettles, etc. I know someone who did it last week and they had to sign a death waiver before they could do it. They survived tho…
  • At the start of the year I couldn't run for longer than a minute but C25K is such a great programme to follow. I have now completed a 5k and lost 16lb which I put down to the running! Give it a go, you'll surprise yourself by what your body is capable of!
