I make this at home in a frying pan: turkey sausage, 3 egg whites, spinach, topped with basil after cooking I bring it to work and right before eating I pop it in the microwave for 20 sec and then add 1 slice of american cheese on top. I love it!

I just started Phase 3 and am loving it!

Wow - 18% of your body fat gone - that is amazing!!! Keep up the great work and thanks for sharing!

Have you tried not keeping them in the fridge? It would take a lot more effort to go out and buy one every time the craving hit, and you would be less likely to have any.

Three cheers for D-O-M-S!

What if you do a specific program that runs for a few months? There are tons online and on dvds etc. I'm doing Jamie Eason's LiveFit right now - it's a 12 week program with every single day planned out for you. I never want to miss a day so I don't mess up my schedule. I like having a program to work from and not have to…

Very well written and insightful! Thanks.

I mix my tuna with 1 oz of plain greek yogurt, 1T of sweet relish, and a bit of chopped up apples, tomatoes and red onion. Might sound strange, but it is delicious!

I eat well over 100 grams a day! Can't build muscle if you don't eat protein. I am currently 140 pounds and workout 6 times a weeks (lifting weights and moderate cardio). I usually eat ~ 1700 calories a day.

You need to do some type of workout that you are excited to get up for! I am in the middle of a 12 week weight-lifting program and never want to miss a day or else the whole schedule will be off (plus I like it!). I also got a new ipod shuffle which is motivation to get on the treadmill or elliptical some days. My alarm…

Self-Confidence makes the top of the list for me!

You should add "Sugar" to the nutrients that you track - you'd be surprised how high this is. I agree with others - fresh vegetables and fruits are needed here.

Yes, I would agree that genetics plays a large part. I was just so disappointed to not lose the pouch after the 2nd because I had lost it after my 1st....

Thanks for all your responses so far! I'm always amazed when I see pictures of women who have had multiple kids, but have a flat tummy. How did they do it???? We need to know their secrets ;-)

I love the taste of coffee - so I'll even drink decaf if needed. I thought I was "addicted" but I managed to go through 2 pregnancies without any coffee and had 0 issues. I'm sure if affects everyone differently, but for me it didn't seem to be an issue to not drink it when I couldn't have it.

The day my youngest turned 2 years old, I knew it was time to get rid of the "mommy pouch". No more excuses! :-)

I thought it was pretty gross as well. I bought both the regular and chocolate and both are way too sweet and have a weird taste to them. I'm looking in this forum for ideas to use up the 2 jars that I bought. The peanut sauce sounds like a good idea, but I definitely will not be buying these again.

1. What did you have for breakfast? Egg whites and goat cheese in a wrap, sweet potato and cauliflower on the side, coffee 2. How much water do you drink per day? around 7 cups 3. What are your favorite snacks? homemade protein bars, nuts, greek yogurt with fruit 4. How many calories do you eat per day? 1700-1900 depending…

I use the original unsweetened blue diamond almond milk - only 40 calories per cup! I have to say though, that I do not like it straight. I usually use it for protein shakes or with certain types of cereal. Experiment and see how you like it!

think of your excellent health and all of the future medical bills you are avoiding. just today I had another reminder of why our future health is so important - my mother lost her balance walking from the living room to the kitchen, could not grab anything to keep her from falling because of the lack of strength in her…

lifestyle change I found that I actually like clean eating and working out! I can't see myself not doing these things in the future. I'm definitely not here to get healthy and then go back to bad habits!

He went and picked it out completely on his own - it was a surprise and there was no input from me. I guess he knew me pretty well, because it was exactly what I would have picked!

You might want to think about training certain body parts on different days. For example, today was shoulders/abs for me, and tomorrow is legs. Other days are back/biceps etc. - you get the picture. Even if you don't follow the whole program, you should check out Jamie Eason's LiveFit program on Bodybuilding.com - it has…

Plan Plan Plan I have two kids and a full time job. I get up at 4:45 am, workout at the gym, shower, and pack lunches/breakfasts before anyone else in the family is awake.

I always freeze my ginger, but I never thought of peeling it first! That was always the hardest part - trying to peel frozen ginger. Thanks!

My husband has a relatively active job and does not do any extra workouts. I do most of the cooking, and even though he is a "potato chips and beer" kind of guy, he is open to trying all my new healthy recipes and eating whatever I eat. I buy some regular snack food (chips, ice cream, etc.) for him, and we both eat super…

The 3 bean chili is awesome - even my husband liked it! The turkey muffins are good too!
