Walk & stretch... Just keep moving through the soreness! However, if the pain is sharp or numbness/tingling in toes seek medical attention. Swimming is a great idea!

Thanks! Planks make me mad and happy all at the same time LOL

I used to say I do the 80/20 rule - choose "healthy" foods 80% of the time and whatever the other 20%. Honestly though, I have some medical issues with digestion so I totally changed my eating habits starting back in November 2015. My diet is now gluten free (because of medical issues not by choice - b/c I sure do love…

OHHHH I forgot to add - I did 30DS before I started T25 - I wouldn't skip to Beta - just follow the program for a couple of weeks before you make that decision
-
The whole program is cardio heavy. That's how they get dramatic results - burn a crap ton of calories AND eat at a deficit! The first 5 weeks are body weight resistance and A LOT of cardio. The second 5 weeks they add resistance training (dumbbells/resistance bands). Still, a good amount of cardio. I haven't made it to…

Fighting for the equipment def sucks! I have a weak upper body - I seriously struggle with 60lbs on rows/bench/ohp and perhaps squatting/dl 150+% of body weight isn't "heavy" when you weigh 105-115 lbs  it's "heavy" to me LOL!

No. - Seek medical attention. Confirmed diagnosis of the flu? Or flu-like symptoms? How do you swim when you can't breathe!? What if someone needs CPR and you are blowing your flu-germs into their airway?! :open_mouth:
-
What kind of weight loss supps are you asking about? Pre-workout? Protein? Shakes? Vitamins? Thermogenics? Or specifically "fat burners"?
-
Ahhh yes I should have clarified!
-
I'm on the second to last week of Beta cycle! Profile picture is 8 weeks of T25 results (not following the diet). I'm ready to hit gama!
-
Maybe set a time goal at the low end of your range? (Which seems to be between 9-10 minute miles.) Or perhaps set a goal to knock off 10 sec every X number of runs?
-
The beginning of this just wasn't doing it for me (I didn't feel challenged) so I moved up a few days (ok 2 weeks!) and then just revamped it all together - for my body and personal goals. Yesterday I nailed 3:00 and today I hit 3:15 - shaking and whining the whole time! LOL But I made it! Keep up the good work y'all!
-
That's what I thought... It only takes me about 30 minutes also.
-
Stronglifts takes longer than 30 minutes?
-
Activity tracker is connected and "allow negative adjustments" is selected

Strong Lifts for the win!

Try this formula...
-
I log it as cardio - calisthenics
-
I use calisthenics or dance depending on what we did that day
-
Welcome back! Good luck on your journey. Personally, I found that when I made big changes all at once I fell off the wagon - change 1 thing at a time and be patient. You can do it!
-
Clean-ish ;) I'm all about that 80/20 rule - I just really like oreos...
-
I didn't say it was an "easy" 3 days a week! ;)
-
I've workout every day (for at least 30 minutes) for 50 days in a row as of today!
-
C25K? < But if you are already able to run 1.5-2 miles on the treadmill without stopping you might want to check out Hal Higdon's programs. If you are at 2 miles currently you will be just fine - In fact you'll likely feel like you could run MORE after the 5K. For my first 5K I trained exclusively on the treadmill and…

Changing my "diet" helped more than the weight loss
